The most efficient way to request loss runs is via email or facsimile to your Production or Account Management Team Member. The following information is required for requests, for each year requested:
- Insured Name, including DBA (if applicapable)
- Policy Effective Dates
- Policy Number
Loss Runs are processed in order they are received. Please do not resend a request – contact our office for a status. Loss runs will be faxed or e-mailed back to the Agent making the request and not to the insured unless requested in writing.
