Claims Examples

Online: A retailer develops a sponsored event site to sell associated merchandise. The site was diverted/replicated illegally and customers purchased illegal copies of the products. The result cost the Company over $5 million in sales and returned goods.

Natural Disaster: A doctor, with 12 years worth of electronic patient records, returned to work after a weekend of particularly bad weather to find his surgery center completely flooded.
